The Power of Dynamic Communication


70% of employees are dis-engaged in their jobs. Their misery is costing organizations $500 Billion annually. This is due, in part, because we are stuck in our ineffective and impersonal communications.

To fix this challenge three things must happen:

  • We need to understand ourselves better.
  • We need to recognize, understand and appreciate others
 better, and
  • We need to adapt for enhanced communication.
